What is my G2Market customer ID?
Your customer ID is your unique identifier for the G2Market receiving service. Use it as instructed when sending eligible purchases to the Mumbai receiving hub.
Can I shop from Indian websites myself?
Yes. G2Market is designed to let international customers shop from Indian stores using their assigned receiving details.
What if I cannot buy from an Indian store?
Use the Personal Shopper service and submit the product URL, quantity and requirements.
How is shipping weight calculated?
G2Market compares actual weight with dimensional weight. The default dimensional divisor is 5000 cm³/kg and can be adjusted for the applicable service.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. Duties and taxes depend on the destination, goods and customs rules and are handled separately from the initial shipping estimate.
Can I consolidate multiple packages?
Yes, package consolidation is part of the G2Market journey. Eligibility and final handling costs are confirmed by the operations team.
How do I request an exact shipping quote?
